Short Message Service (SMS) Notifications Program Terms of Use


1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Subscriber”) and Process Server Central, LLC, d/b/a "My Court Calendar™", (Hereinafter, "PSC"). This Agreement governs your use of any website, software, server, web page, or other application (“Service”) operated by PSC (each a “Process Server Central, LLC software”, “Process Server Central, LLC Web Site” and collectively, the “Process Server Central, LLC Web Site and Software Applications”) regarding Short Message Service (SMS) and is a part of our General Terms of Use Policy.

2. Registration Binding

Your registration to PSC confirms your agreement to this SMS Notifications Program Terms of Use. You will be subscribed to receive text messages from PSC containing certain details regarding postings made to your My Court Calendar™ calendar. Message frequency depends upon your selected designation in the My Court Calendar™ software program. Message and data rates may apply and Subscriber is solely responsible for the payment of such charges with third parties. Text messaging is not available in all areas and not all cellular phone handsets may be supported.

3. Add SMS and/or Opt Out of SMS

Log-into your version of My Court Calendar™ . On the left-hand side, go to the "Settings" module. Select the "Profile" hyperlink and then the "Edit Profile" tab. At this point, you will have the opportunity to enter your mobile number and other information to opt in for SMS notifications. When selecting the type of carrier, select the "Test SMS" tab to send a test message to your cell phone. Once completed with the data entry, click upon the "Save" tab. Once opted in, you will continue to receive SMS texts until you choose to opt out of the service.

To opt-out of the service, simply repeat the steps above and choose, "Select Mobile Carrier" in the "Mobile Carrier" drop-down box. Click upon the "Save" tab to complete the process. Your cellular device will stop receiving SMS text notifications from My Court Calendar™. If, at any time, you would like to opt back in, you should send repeat the steps above for opting-in.
